What You'll Do:
This position develops relationships with affluent clientele, proactively delivers Consumer Banking products and services, and partners with Asset Management and Commercial Banking to offer the customer financial solutions from a holistic point of view. By inspiring confidence and trust, the Client Manager will act as the Consumer Banking generalist who will connect the customer to the various business line specialists who can satisfy the needs of that customer.
-Call on existing and prospective high net-worth customers to develop new business, expand existing business, establish exceptional customer relationships, and ensure proper servicing of accounts.
-Continually review existing client portfolios and proactively determine any additional financial products or services, particularly deposit, convenience, mortgage, and credit products, needed to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet or exceed set sales objectives.
-Partner with Branch Managers, Commercial Loan Officers, Small Business Officers, and Investment and Advisory Officers to offer financial solutions at all needed levels to new and existing clients.
-Maintain industry knowledge of trends, products, technology, and competition activity, and stay current on continuing education requirements necessary for compliance and maintenance of certifications held. This may include obtaining and maintaining licenses such as NASD Series 6, 63 and Life.
-Execute an ongoing proactive, quarterly client contact strategy, and maintain portfolio of approximately 200 accounts.
-Take active or leadership role in community, civic, and/or charitable organizations and events.
-May provide guidance to less experienced officers.
-Other duties as assigned.
In this Role, You will Need:
-Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrates ability to make direct sales presentations
-Demonstrates ability to address customer concerns positively, tactfully, and diplomatically
-Demonstrates ability to present self very professionally and courteously at all times
-Demonstrates proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Demonstrates general office skills, including use of phone, computer, fax, and other office equipment
-Demonstrates ability to partner with clients and other advisors to identify and service unique customer needs
-Demonstrates highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrates strong relationship management and lending skills
-Demonstrates strong sales, networking and new business development skills
-Demonstrates In depth knowledge of wealth management products and services (which includes private banking products & services, including credit processes)
-Demonstrates ability to make critical decisions independently

Who You Are:
-College degree or equivalent work experience
-7 years' experience in direct financial sales, with 3 years of wealth management/private banking experience in the financial services industry
-Possess and maintain Series 6, 63 and Life licenses
-Possess valid driver's license and own transportation
