UMB Bank IBD Fixed Income Sales Rep in Kansas City, Missouri

What You'll Do:

This role is responsible for leveraging commercial/treasury relationships to enhance utilization of cash management and short term investment products for assigned clients.

  • Sell cash management and short term investment products to commercial customers within approved policy and regulatory guidelines

  • Partner with commercial sales team to expand existing customer relationships

  • Partner with other money desk associates on a daily basis to execute transactions and service customers

  • As appropriate partner with management and marketing teams to identify and build out additional products needed to be successful

  • Work closely with partners (sales, product, marketing) to reconcile and execute on the customer and market intelligence obtained through analytics and substantive feedback back into product strategy

  • Support business development effort through calling by phone and in person, direct mail, presentations and referrals

  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or four additional years of relevant work experience

  • NASD Series 7 & 63, or obtain within six (6) months of hire
