Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will provide supervision for daily operations activities.
-Ensure staff is properly developed to carry out their daily responsibilities and effectively service business partners.
-Interact with associates through formal and informal means as a way to develop a productive, engaged work force.
-Develop controls which reduce risk to the organization.
-Provide a high level of expertise to business partners and help them provide TUCE to UMB customers.
-Other duties as assigned.

Five (5) years of experience in Banking operations
Three (3) years of experience with banking and/or banking operations
Seven (7) years of experience in financial services
Knowledge in one or more of the following:
Global Plus knowledge
Wire Transfer systems
Previous supervisory experience
