UMB Bank On-Line Banking Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver the Unparalleled Customer Experience and build relationships with UMB customers through the handling of inbound calls. Assist our customers over the phone regarding online banking user ID and password issues. Troubleshoot connection issues with web browsers on desktops and mobile devices. Assist customers with issues related to the small business/retail online banking product, this includes Bill Pay and Mobile alerts. Assist with connection issues using Quicken and QuickBooks products. Document support step using Active Log ticketing system. Achieve established service base metrics. Assist with Mainstream (DDA/BC) calls as available. Performance will be measured based on call quality, talk time and demonstration of target competencies. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
-Ability to interact with and manage multiple computer systems to access client information
-Demonstrated communication skills with pleasant phone and interaction skills
-Basic understanding of privacy regulations and the need to authenticate customers prior to discussing account information.
-Proficient in Windows based applications
-Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and troubleshoot issues
-Knowledge of policies and regulations (i.e. Patriot Act, Check 21, Regulation E)
-Demonstrated ability to turn difficult customer situations into positive interactions

-Proficient in the English Language
-2 years related customer service work experience
